After a portable application is built, a Windows Explorer Window will be opened with the PortableInstall directory.  To test locally:

1. Insert your flash drive
2. Install the Portable Apps Platform if not already installed:  https://portableapps.com/download
3. Double click on the *.paf.exe to test and install on a flash drive.
4. Follow the prompts to install on the flash drive
