The .NET Logging Library comes with it's own Log Viewer.  The log viewer can read files created with the XmlTarget or the BinaryFileTarget.  Attachments can be saved from the log by scrolling over to the Download column and clicking on the hyperlink.  By double clicking a row, you can see the detail for an individual log entry.
