By far, the .NET Logging Library offers the most flexibility when viewing log files.  It is compabible with these popular viewers:

• Real time monitoring with TCP or UDP with Chainsaw.  See the Chainsaw Target for more information.
• Real time monitoring with the NLogViewer. See the NLogViewerTarget for more information.
• View files and real time monitoring with Log4View.  See the Log4View Log Viewer topic for more information.
• View files with BareTail.  See the BareTail Log Viewer topic for more information.
• View files with YALV.  See the YALV Log Viewer topic for more information.
